Can I marinate pork loin with barbecue sauce if I'm going to oven roast it?
I'm going to make a pork loin in the oven (its the only place i can do it), can i marinate it for a few hours with bbq sauce? if not, what marinade should i use?
I'm going to eat it with baked beans and bread.
