Powrtouch Caravan Mover

Powrproducts caravan movers include, Powrtouch, Powrwheel and Powrhitch. There are several models in the Powrtouch caravan mover range.

The Powrtouch was Designed and Manufactured to ISO 9001:2000.

It works on all terrains including wet/muddy ground, gravel and soft surfaces.Heavy Duty movers are available for larger single and twin axle caravans.

It has a uniquely sensitive soft start to allow millimetre accuracy in caravan positioning, and additional back up cable supplied to use should radio interference be experienced.

Low battery indicator lights are on the handset for both the handset and the caravan batteries. Powrbar (cross actuation available) for single sided engagement of rollers.

Powrtouch Compact

The Powrcompact mover fits the majority of small compact UK manufactured caravans including most Powrtouch Fold Downs/Pop ups and Camping Trailers. Under ideal conditions it is expected that this model will move a 1200 kgs (approx 1.2UK tons) caravan up a 1 in 4 slope.

Powrtouch HD

The Powrtouch Heavy Duty mover is designed to fit caravans that have shock absorbers fitted or have a narrow gap (less than 105mm (4.125ins)) between the chassis and the tyre, but fitted with a reduction gearbox to provide more moving power to the caravan wheels. Under ideal conditions it is expected that this model will move a 1500 kgs (approx 1.5UK tons) caravan up a 1 in 4 slope.

This is the most powerful single axle caravan mover on the market..

Powrtouch Twin

The Standard Powrtouch Twin Axle caravan mover we supply that drives two wheels only! This model of Powrtouch is the only one recommended to be fitted behind the rear wheels; the reason for this is to obtain the best possible turning performance that is achieved by slightly lifting the jockey wheel it is expected that the caravan will turn quicker. Will fit the majority of twin axle caravans up to a recommended 1700 KGS (MTPLM).

Powrtouch AWD

The Powrtouch All Wheel Drive Twin axle caravan mover (Developed from the Powrlaunch) drives all four wheels of the caravan; this model is required where the twin axle caravan is over 1700 kgs (MTPLM), may be used on a steep slope, turning uphill or on uneven ground (where the drive wheels may lift off the ground).Will fit the majority of all twin axle caravans.

When fitting this Powrtouch mover special attention should be paid to heating and water pipes and they can interfere with the fitting and may need to be moved by an approved caravan dealer. NOTE: The ALKO jacking points will have to be removed and an alternative method of jacking the caravan sought (for further advice see Caravan Club Handbook Technical Section

The Powrwheel Caravan Mover is designed to allow you to easily move a single axle caravan. Manually move your caravan in tight fits with absolutely no effort. Maximum control is possible due to the intelligent drive wheel design. Due to the big difference in resistance the Powrwheel Caravan Mover is only recommended for sigle axle caravans.

The Powrhitch simply attaches to the hitch and drags the caravan via 2 pulling tyres to enable you to get the van into position. The Powrhitch comes with attachment plates which are specifically designed to suit the hitch of your caravan
