This is just about the most popular place in the country to visit and Dawlish is no exception, that’s why Park Holidays UK has 3 fantastic Caravan holiday parks there (hope we don’t seem too greedy, we just love the area). Golden Sands is new to Park Holidays UK but it feels like it’s been part of the group for years and families have been enjoying their holidays at Golden Sands for years. Our holiday guests seem to come back year after year and many are on first name terms with our team members.

Golden Sands is quite big with all the facilities you would expect from a top quality holiday park but the atmosphere is very friendly and personal service is very important to us. Why don’t you come and see for yourself, you’d really enjoy it!

Dalwish Sands

The gently sloping golden sands of Dawlish Warren stretch out for more than 2 miles, providing an idyllic and safe haven for splashing about. A warm welcome awaits you at Dawlish Warren, especially from our park manager Ray and his team whose aim is to provide a very special personal service to the owners. This traditional holiday park has recently provided customers with the opportunity to buy their own holiday home so this is a great time to join a small and friendly community who share a love of holiday home ownership by the sea. Dawlish Sands is all about enjoying your leisure time the way you want to. The entertainment is fantastic and you won’t need to drive anywhere in the evenings when wining and dining with your family. It’s all here in the perfect holiday hotspot

Waterside Holiday Park

These wonderful views come courtesy of a hillside location so its not ideal for anyone who struggles with slopes – but we believe the views are worth that little bit of exercise!

That’s not the only reason to own a holiday home at Waterside. The entertainment venue is one of our finest with plenty of room to take in our live shows – you can enjoy a different show every night of the week at Waterside and there’s no extra to pay. Landscove Holiday Park

With the picturesque harbour town of Brixham within walking distance and breathtaking scenery enjoyed from the Country Park and Nature Reserve of Berry Head just next door you don’t have to go far to take in the best of the area. There are lots of themed attractions in the area and we won’t get upset if you leave us for the day. Back on the park choose between indoor and outdoor swimming pools so you can enjoy a dip even if the sun is hiding

Peppermint Park Holiday Park

Peppermint Park is fresh to Park Holidays UK (sorry, we couldn’t think of a better pun). A small number of discerning owners gives this park an exclusive feel but don’t think you’re cut off from all the fun and entertainment of the extremely popular resort of Dawlish Warren. Owners at Peppermint are welcome to use the facilities of sisters parks Dawlish Sands and Golden Sands – both just a short stroll away.

Owners can also take advantage of our unique subletting programme and earn a valuable income when they are not using their holiday home. Peppermint is just as popular with holiday guests so a good income is expected, especially during the peak season.
